Ingredients:Chili, Onion, Lemongrass, Sugar, RBD Palm Olein, Salt & Shrimp.Cooking Instructions:
To Steam :Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes)
To Fry :Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND sauce for 15 minutes. Continus cooking untill seafood is cooked.
