Cooking Instructions:1) Fish 600gm, vegetable 100gm: lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal, water 400gm (2 cups), fresh thick coconut milk 200gm and 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Instant Fish Curry Paste.2) Stir fry Instant Fish Curry Paste together with vegetables until fragrant. Add in water and fish, cook until boil. Stir in coconut milk, simmer over low heat cook until fish is cooked. (Approx : 15 minutes)
